Jack Frazier is one of New York State’s most recognized experts in the fields of Workers’ Compensation Insurance and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Since 1991, Mr. Frazier has served as a program manager on Association Sponsored Workers Compensation Safety Groups and since 1995 on progressive, collectively-bargained Workers’ Compensation Programs on behalf of both management and organized labor. Most recently Mr. Frazier joined the specialty construction insurance advisor and Insurance Brokerage Firm American Global, and he has been instrumental in establishing successful ADR programs through employer associations such as the Construction Industry Council, and labor organizations such as the Building & Construction Trades Council. He also specializes in the insurances related to Project Labor Agreements.
Prior to joining American Global as Senior Vice President, Mr. Frazier has worked for AON Construction Services, Allied North America, Lovell and Sterling Risk Management, Sterling & Sterling and London Guarantee & Accident Co. Prior to beginning his career in Insurance Mr. Frazier was enrolled in a Doctorates Program in Theology at Columbia University’s Union Theological Seminary in New York City while serving as a Minister at the Alpine Community Church in Alpine, NJ. He holds a Master’s Degree from the Claremont Graduate School of Theology in Claremont California, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rocky Mountain College in Billings Montana with B.A. degrees majoring in Theology, Psychology, and Sociology.
